I have to make this one a short one. I have been gone for 22 years and finally came home to Prosperity, SC in August of 2015 to start my dream of opening my business as Gina Marie's Cafe in the Bilo Shopping Center in Prosperity, SC.

I have the full gammit of sandwiches and if you come in to see, you will most likely be a little overwhelmed but, we offer a very cool atmosphere.

But the purpose of this blog is to introduce myself to the area.

I do sandwiches and such by day and caterings any other time. I am always everwhere. I do corporate caterings throughout Newberry and Prosperity, SC.

Takes two seconds to view the menu. I will always guide you with your needs.

NOW, I do take home dinners for people too tired to cook, too busy to cook, want to take dinners to the elderly or anyone that is ill and in need of help with nutrition. All you have to do is order ahead. This week of July 20th, 2015 I am offering : Chicken Picatta Cassarole, Spaghetti, Italian Meatoaf over Mashed Potatoes, and Lasagna - of course all this comes with sides. So you are taken very well care of.

I also want to stress that I offer all of this town deliveries and any party dishes you may need, like Chicken Salad, Pimento Cheese, my BLT Pasta, Marinated Veggies, and so on.

Biggest of all, this is the time of year Catering is big. Well, here I am. 803-271-4911
